Katie Reus has a hit with her paranormal series about lupine shifters.  The latest installation was just published and is entitled "Mating Instinct".  This novel chronicles the path of Jayce Kazan (the enforcer) and Katarina Saburova. Rues really draws you into the story of this pack.  She weaves the theme of prejudice throughout the series.  As well as leading the reader through the love story. Reus shows that hatred knows no boundry.  Not for race, religion or species.  It makes you ask Rodney Kings immortal question, "why can't we all just get along?"
